Orders are typically processed within two to three business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your shipping details and tracking information.

During peak shopping seasons or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer, but we always do our best to get your order on its way as quickly as possible.

Shipping and Delivery Timeframes

We are pleased to offer Free Shipping Nationwide.

After processing, deliveries usually take between seven to sixteen business days, depending on your location and carrier schedules. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after dispatch. This allows you to follow your package’s journey until it reaches your doorstep.

Delivery Responsibility

It is important to provide accurate shipping information at checkout. Kitchive is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to such issues, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders

We carefully pack and ship your items to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. If your order is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@kitchive.com. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our store policies.
