Return & Refund

At Kitchive, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not fully happy with your purchase, this policy explains how returns and refunds are handled.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns and refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of receipt of your order. To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email, must be provided.

  • Items purchased as final sale, clearance, or gift cards are not eligible for return.

  • For hygiene reasons, cookware and utensils that have been used cannot be returned.

Return Process

To request a return, please contact us at support@kitchive.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide you with instructions, including the return address.

Unless the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or the wrong product was sent, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Kitchive is not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note that original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable, and deductions may apply if the item is returned in less than its original condition.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@kitchive.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, we recommend returning the original item (if eligible) for a refund and placing a new order.

Kitchive may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our business or customer needs. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
